About Rachael

Rachael Schroeder is a singer, songwriter and vocal producer based in Vancouver, Canada.

Over the past few years, Rachael's projects have garnered over 215 million streams across multiple platforms. Her artist rendition of Coldplay's "Fix You" (in collaboration with Fearless Soul) has been featured on The Handmaid's Tale (S4, E5), a 2022 Olympic US figure skating routine, various indie films, and has over 30 million streams across platforms.

Pursuing her lifelong passion, Rachael has honed her vocal technique and songwriting craft from a young age through continuous vocal training, workshops and collaborations. From 2015 to 2017, she attended an audio music school in Vancouver and studied sound engineering, music production, music business and artist development. Rachael’s lyrics express fearless truths layered with Imogen Heap-inspired harmonies. Her smokey yet powerful vocals drive the emotion of each song. Currently, Rachael focuses on contract vocal, vocal production and songwriting work, collaborating with creatives around the globe.

Professional vocal comping, tuning & editing for mix-ready vocals. No automated plugins, each vocal is comped by heart, tuned by ear and edited by hand in ProTools so your voice stays authentic. Whether you want a polished pop vocal or an intimate singer-songwriter vocal, I can tailor my editing to your vocal vision & genre.

Vocal Arrangement

Have a stellar lead vocal you love but are stuck on harmonies? I can help arrange background vocals to serve and elevate your song to a professional level. This can include an in-person or virtual recording session, creating guide background vocal tracks for you to sing along to in your own recording session or me singing background vocals for your track. Whatever serves your project and preferences is the best route!

Studio Vocal Performance

Do you just need a singer and none of this other stuff? I’ve got a voice you can use for your project. I provide high-quality lead and background vocal recording services that include mix-ready stems. I’m available for remote sessions or in-person recording in Vancouver, Canada.

Let’s write a song! I provide professional songwriting services from toplining existing tracks to creating songs from scratch. With a focus on authentic storytelling and memorable melodies, I’ll help bring your musical vision to life. This can also include mix-ready vocal stems if you are also needing a vocalist. All royalty agreements must be finalized before the project begins.
